About This Session

Building on what we have covered so far, this session looks at how DSCSA has reshaped the way investigations work. Distribution has moved from a reactive pick, pack, and ship model to a proactive verify, aggregate, and trace workflow, and regulators now expect every trading partner to be investigation-ready before an incident occurs.

The questions have shifted from “Where did this drug come from?” to “Can you prove where it came from, who handled it, and produce the electronic documentation fast enough to protect patients?”

Good investigations are organized investigations, and every investigation tells a story. This session shows how standardized data (PDG, GS1, and OCI) and AI-assisted workflows help you tell that story clearly and protect patients with confidence.
